Water Lilies Nail Design Tutorial『KADS Nail Art』
Water lilies are at all bloom in midsummer. Look at the little white buds.
Aren’t they like elves sleeping peacefully in the pond? It’s extremely easy to achieve oil painting effects for your nails if you make good use of the sponge pats.
Don’t be afraid of hand-drawn nail designs.
The flowers look just vivid and vibrant for a few casual strokes.
1. Paint peel-off nail polish around the cuticle of your fingernail. Pick up a sponge bat and apply Glass Bottle Nail Polish 17, Two in One Stamping Polish C32 and C28, and Jelly Nail Polishes Moonless Night and Martini Olive successively from bottom to top.
2. Hold the sponge bat upside down and pat gently onto your nail.
Clean off excess polish.
3. Pick up a little sponge and dip C28. Dab gently on your nail.
4. Apply a new layer of peel-off nail polish.
5. Paint a proper amount of polish on the selected pattern.
Spread the polish throughout the design with a scraper at a 45-degree angle to the stamping plate. Pick up the image with a stamper and then stamp it onto your nail.
6. Pick up the same splash-ink pattern and remove the dots that are out of round.
Stamp the design onto your nail.
7. Continue to pick up the splash-ink pattern with green
color polish and stamp it onto your nail.
8. Take a little bit black color polish with a small dotting nail brush.
Outline the leaves to add drop shadow effects.
9. Paint an ample amount of C01 on a stamper and then drop a little C19.
Use the small dotting nail brush to blend them together and draw a few water lilies aside. Remove excess polishes and stamp the image onto your nail.
10. Drop little dots to adorn the nail.
11. Finish off with the glossy Flakie Top Coat Fairy Dream.
