TUTORIAL
1. Apply a coat of Jelly Nail Polish Cloud Dancer to your nail.
2. Paint peel-off nail polish at the cuticle of your fingernail.
3. Apply C03, C26 and 29 to your nail one by one. Paint these polishes vertically from tip to middle.
4. Add more polishes if needed.
5. Paint Flakie Top Coat Fairy Dream over the previous design.
6. Take a dotting pen and make colorful dots with C26, C33 and 29 at the bottom of your nail.
7. Paint an ample amount of polish on the selected pattern. Spread the polish with a scraper at a 45-degree angle to the plate. Pick up the design with a stamper. Then stamp it onto your nail.
8. Finish off with a top coat.
